The Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracting (GESPC) Online Community is a private discussion group maintained and monitored by the Energy Services Coalition (a 501c(3) non-profit whose primary purpose is to provide GESPC educational resources.) Its establishment, oversight and management is supported by the United States Department of Energy, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy/Weatherization and Intergovernmental Programs Office under contract number DE-EE0006784/005.

This community is comprised of public sector employees with a wide variety, and level, of experiences with energy performance contracting. All Community members have been vetted and approved as representing a qualified unit of government. When joining the GESPC Online Community, each member is required to read the Community Guidelines, agree to abide by its spirit and intent and adhere to these Guidelines as they relate to the rules of participation in discussions on this platform.
